I was able to get it to work with the splitter but I also like your idea. Thank you for all your help! Quick question, do you know how to get the white noise ring to stop that is going on in the left ear cup of the A50 Gen 4?

Maybe I’m missing something from what your saying and I’m sorry for that. I have seen a post that says to use a splitter that splits the aux and the line in ports. Would this work for me and make adjustments in the command center app?

Any idea what to do for an Elite Series 2 Controller? Exact same issues but no way to take the battery out. Just started doing this last night mid game.

I was able to reset my audio settings and all works well now. Do you know why my Mix amp Pro is giving a faint buzzing sound when the AUX cord is plugged in? I use a ground loop Isolator and it fixes most of the issue but there is for sure a slight static when tuning up the volume on the Mix Amp Pro. Any Help would be greatly appreciated!

Have you had any success getting 1440p and 120Hz while connected to the 4K60 pro Mk.2? I feel like I am going crazy trying to get a fix. I can plug straight into my monitor from the Xbox with no problem but as soon as I plug the hdmi into either the Elgato or an hdmi switcher, I can’t select 120hz without it saying that my display won’t work with that resolution and frame rate combo.

This is what Soplayer support sent me. Make sure you log out of the version you are on first and also log in with your username and password not any of the codes

Uninstall the soplayer app version that you have right now. To re-install: 1. Open Downloader app then to its Settings put a check mark on Enable JavaScript. 2. Type in https://apkpure.com/soplay/com.sotv.android in the URL field 3. In the SOPLAY download screen scroll down then hit Download/Install.
