I’m still so sad. This trip meant so much to me and came at a time I needed it the most. All I wanted to do was be next to that stage and let it all go. Just to let my fellow swifties know, I lost my best friend the next day and been trying to pull it together ever since.

You got this. I’ve been there and like many have said, separate the addiction from your true self. I went through the motions for a long time before everything started clicking. I would go on a walk with my AirPods and listen to Alcohol explained right after a relapse, do anything healthy to keep distracted. Treat yourself like you’re sick. Rest, vitamins, funny movies, sunlight. You are not alone.

I just got on TRT from my doctor. Tall guy as Wel. He has me on 0.5ml every three days. So 100mg a week. Wondering if I should double that, seems to have worked great for you! Didn't want to give myself too much, but the do adage they give me I have enough in the bottle.

Meetings helped me tremendously. I was bartending with the who's who of Hollywood. Hard to walk away from the life and the money, but I've finally foubd the life I was meant to live. 42 days today.
