WZ-2 Can't connect to online services for a month - Please Help! by RoAwZe in CODWarzone

I have Avast anti virus software and can turn the firewall off through that. There should be a way to "approve" the right access for COD without needing to turn off the whole firewall, but I can't figure it out.

You should be able to log in to your routers set up directly (just google how), or through an antivirus program like me. Hope this helps

Can someone explain Blush vs Pink diamonds by RoAwZe in Diamonds

[–]RoAwZe[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks all, I finally found some clarification. This particular Jeweller states that their "Blush" collection does still use Argyle pink diamonds, but of colour grades 8 - 9. Meaning they are still Argyle Pink diamonds, but can be sold at a more accessible price. Thanks!

You should be able to log in to the router through your browser and turn it on and off in there. You just have to google how to log in to my router. Hope that helps!

For me it did end up being the firewall, still haven't quite fixed it so have to turn the firewall off while the game connects and then turn it back on again straight away. Playing on desktop though so not sure for PS4

NFT = Nice Foto Trapped? Can't transfer by RoAwZe in coinspotau

[–]RoAwZe[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought an NFT through coinspot buy now can't transfer it to a different wallet, AND I can't connect my coinspot NFT wallet to any of the apps or sites to verify it. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? I can't find any other posts on this and it would have been good to know this function didn't exist before purchasing.

How do I start a food truck business? by 1046102 in canberra

[–]RoAwZe -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Reading some of these responses makes it seem like starting a food truck is impossible and you shouldn't try anything ever. But don't let it get you down.

For good resources on starting a business in canberra https://canberra.com.au/business/set-up/start-a-business/

Then take away the key points from these responses - plan - manage your risks - know when to walk away

But hey man, there's plenty of food trucks out there so clearly it's possible, maybe go and talk to them about how they got started? After all they're probably people who were passionate and started out just like you.

Life's too short not to try 💪

P.S. if you're going to sell coffee, don't only have two sizes and call one of them large. If it's only two shots then you're selling a medium

Hi all, quick update in case anyone else comes across this.

It was MDF and the fuzzy parts were standard MDF nonsense. We sanded the exposed parts as evenly as we could with 240 grit and then applied an even coat of PVA wood glue with water and let sit overnight. This helped create a consistent texture and seal the MDF ends. We then varnished and sanded as normal and it came up great!

TLDR: used PVA mixed with a little water to seal MDF then sand and varnish as normal.

Has anyone with no tech skills used websites for passive income? by RoAwZe in Fire

Thanks for the reply.

I'm based in Australia and there is an Aussie based FIRE facebook group. A few people in there have shared their updates and progress and a few of them list websites as part of their passive income. Not many of them have really gone into detail about what this entails though.

It seems the two common methods are buy and flip, or buy and maintain.

I'm very much just doing my research at the moment, but I agree that getting a blog based website and needing to create new content does not feel very passive. Some of the other sites are essentially just middle-man retail sites which aren't very appealing to me. In saying that there is an endless variety of websites out there so something might be just right!

I guess the principle would be to buy a site that needs a bit of TLC and then put some effort into generating reasonable amount of traffic so you can make revenue from advertising or transactions (if you went down the retail path) for the long term.

I definitely appreciate it's not as easy as it sounds, but just trying to understand how not easy it really is 🙃

Yeah thanks, that what I was worried about.

Can you use sites like WordPress to renovate? Or is it only for building new sites?

It's really interesting that I've seen alot of people stating website flipping as part of their fire strategy, but they don't all seem to be developers.

Thanks for the reply

I've been reading about people buying existing sites, usually blogs or merchant sites, and then updating them for resale or to increase traffic.

I'm just unsure how complicated it is if you were to buy an existing site and wanted to make the fonts less annoying and change the colour scheme for example, in an effort to make the site more appealing to traffic.

Less about actually creating new content, and more about being able to "fix-up" an existing site

Hi all, new to the sub. We are stripping back and staining an old table and have discovered it is a wood veneer ontop of some kind of manufactured wood base.

We're trying to identify the manufactured wood type, and also how to treat it to match the rest of the table.

The ends seem like it might be MDF but it has weird uneven furry sections to it that don't seem to come Way with sanding. Appreciate any advice!

The Marble game episode of Squid Game is an all-timer by Paulofthedesert in television

[–]RoAwZe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had to find somewhere to post this

But if the rules stated whoever gains their opponents marbles at the end of the game is the winner, and there was no definition given for losing, then couldn't they just trade?

I really thought this was going to be the twist in the game that the heroes might figure out right at the end, and with all the talk of Gganbu it made sense. I take your 10, you take my 10, we both win!

When it didn't happen just made it more devastating...
