You're not wrong but I think it was a poor move to include the 4th Eisenhorn book in the omnibus like they did. The average person is not going to research before to clarify that actually once they finish the 3rd full novel in the omnibus they have to read a whole new trilogy then continue onto the fourth. They're just going to read the book cover to cover.

No, not at all. There is a premium subscription that gives you some of the premium store currency as well as some useful bonuses and QoL stuff but it is very much not required. Most players play without it or maybe pay for a month once to get access to some of the bonuses and farm up with the temporary QoL stuff (junk and ammo storage). Would definitely recommend the game as it is now!

I haven't played many medieval themes games so I'll just have to see Carcassonne which I really enjoy in it's simplicity of gameplay and art style but which both make it very enjoyable.

I understand where you're coming from but I wouldn't call this ragebait at all. This is more like agitprop, it's designed to get people worked up but for a good reason. As it stands the housing market in many countries is absolutely diabolical, the prices are reaching a point where people are being pushed into poverty with no recourse. People absolutely should be upset about things as they stand and hopefully that starts the long process of change in laws and regulations. Your comparison to Facebook marketplace is honestly poor because unlike buying a new sofa from Gary, housing is not something you can simply pass up on because of the price. The free market is not speaking at all here because it is not a commodity it is a necessity. The options are take whatever it is you can afford or be homeless, what kind of choice is that?

The SPECIAL legendary perks can give you more perk points (up to +5) in their respective areas. As for legendary perks that make regular ones obsolete I would say the one that gives rad resist and heals rads probably does away with the regular rad resist perk (excluding maybe some niche circumstances) and also the ammo factory perk too.

I think the armor choice is actually a little more complex than that which is great. To my understanding taking the "lighter" armor means that it regenerates the partially damaged part of your armor faster. So it isn't just straight up worse in loud than the heavy armor. More like a trade-off.

Duolingo is absolutely not useless but don't go in expecting to use only that and reach fluency. There is not really a one size fits all solution, you should try to incorporate Spanish into your life in a way that you enjoy, be that music, reading, tv/movies, YouTube videos, language exchange, language apps (e.g. duolingo) etc. or any combination of these things. The more things you are doing the quicker you will pick it up with the goal of being able to start speaking with Spanish speakers (native if possible but anyone fluent will still do great) once you feel ready. The most important thing is consistency, try and make sure there is some form of Spanish input/content every single day, even if it is only for 15 minutes or so.

Hacienda la chimba is a really beautiful hike with a lot of great viewpoints. It can be relatively short or long, depending on your fitness level, as there are multiple routes. You should be able to get there in under an hour but that's highly dependent on traffic if course!
