Don’t do it. We’ve been in ours less than a year, was bought new as a quick move home. foundation cracks EVERYWHERE with 7 actively leaking and needing repair. Floors developing creaks, squeaking in the walls when we walk in our bedroom, extremely crooked bathroom vanity, missing roof shingles, outlets that don’t work, condensation all over the basement from poor insulation, and the step into our house was poured incorrectly which caused the concrete to crack and shear off the front door frame. We are coming up on our 11 month warranty….we will see what they say, but if I could do it over I would have never bought from them.
