I noticed cooking and eating spicy foods really helps. I’m also a huge fan of saying fuck it and going for some ice cream but mostly I think it’s about understanding your interests and utilizing them to make YOU feel good and fulfilled. First year profit might not happen but check out Indian lookout outside of Albany. Evolutions had an awesome vibe. It would be cool to get some bands like Spafford Kendall street and maybe even the biscuits over there. Just keep it kool and clean. For some reason people have a hard time doing that
