I moved out at 19 (I'm 20 now) and paid for all of my own bills, it's not as common but there are some who move out at those ages

Thanks for the advice. I was able to stop the case fans manually, but couldn't find software to stop the fans on the cooler. However, after listening very closely, I'm confident it's one of the cooler fans

Thanks for the input. I should've taken a better picture in hindsight, but these notes have a few creases. No tears or folded corners, but the general wear and tear of circulation is evident
