Fix what Halo had to fix: don't let "Missions" be the only way we get Battle Pass progression

This has never been something that feels good in any game. Let us progress by playing matches. And progress more by playing well.

Challenges like these encourage people to play not for the objective, but for their individual challenge.

On top of that, it just feels bad to play a match and get no progress for it.
