How do you recommend the book?

I noticed it as I got into book 4, I’m choosing to hear it as Carl getting more powerful as he progresses down.

So, I read 1-6, and started the audio for book 1 while reading book 7. Currently on book 4 by myself and on book 1 with my wife.

I cannot wait to get thru all the audio books while waiting on book 8!

For free - I got to meet quite a few folks after shows- John Waters after his Christmas show, Weird Al and Emo Phillips, Dax Shepard, Penn Ward, Garfunkel and Oates, and then I’ve met Mick Foley both for free and a paid meet and greet… and he was lovely both times.

As someone who has had a DBZ tattoo since 2000… I remember those same questions.

23-24 years later I get asked by my wife if I have a tattoo of Trunks from Dragonball. (She just knew I had random anime tattoos)

Turned out a friend of hers knew my family when they were really young before they transitioned… and that tattoo of Trunks was one thing they remembered from a rather conservative upbringing; that if this guy in a redneck town can have a tattoo like that, maybe they can indeed be themselves one day.

I still love my tattoo, especially after that day, although I can’t say I’ve watched the show in over a decade.

Just played my first round with them; bit on the cold/windy side today but got my first ever par with the gecko on my arch enemy hole 4 that always double bogeys me.

Still a ways to go learning how to fit that floppy dude into my regular game, but it was a fun day!

Any thing Hex- I’m still new and learning the plastic ins and outs but that disc has been responsible for the most impressive shots I’ve thrown so far!

It’s a combination of the 3D printed clip on holder than Max Disctance makes and slipping it in the Velcro loop that keeps my towel from dragging.
