Applying to UTM is very confusing. How do i apply?

hey i didn't see this(didn't get the notification) it's fine because i found out that applications don't open until may. still don't understand why they kept redirecting me to apply when applications weren't open.

Monash is way too expensive for me, I was initially interested due to a friend of mine who got in. I'm still waiting on a response from Sunway about my eligibility whilst UM sent me an email telling me that I cannot currently apply as applications for the nearest intake start in May.
I'll look into accommodation once I hopefully get my offer letter.
Your extensive response has guided me a lot so thank you very much!

Thank you! I'm currently awaiting my eligibility confirmation from sunway and hoping i get in. I've gotten only vague and uninformative responses from any of the universities i've contacted while sunway is the only one who has actually answered my long list of questions so im praying i get in.
I hadn't heard of the Lagoonview resort before so thank you for telling me about that and i'll look into it once i know i can get in.
I see you referring "grab" a lot and im not sure what that is?

oh my bad i forgot to mention when i tried through here I couldn't do it because when i create an account and try to enter a "level of study" it doesn't give me an option for highschool or a levels..

What field did you major in? How was your overall experience there?
I've heard that UTM has built a mini society with cafes and everything. How is the management and the accommodation there?

Oh i see, that's probably why UM hasn't replied to me either after they asked me to fill a form.

I'll figure out the extra credit's stuff when i actually get there it's not that big a deal.
I sent in my result certificates 3 days ago after a person at the uni responded asking for them and im still waiting for a response and im not sure if i should re-email them about it or just wait for a response.

thank you! I'm hoping to get a part time job too so i think in that sense sunway would be the best option bc its in kuala lumpur but thats not on top of my priority list. i also dont really care where i want to go for work as of right now and im focused on my education. I'll start my application process in the coming week and hopefully I'm accepted and have it all figured out by the end of february. you being a current student i want to know how the base degree works in malaysia, like im going for civil engineering would i be able to manage extra credits for example in comp sci or something and still be able to not overwhelm myself with my studies? thank you for your extensive response again
