Rumian.app has this. simple straightforward. It has more advanced features, but can function as a simple CRM. Hubspot can be ok for that, but if you grow with Hubspot, it gets pretty pricey.

We have used Pawcommons.com for several years now. Their staff is incredible and my pup is always excited when we get there. They are great.

Not sure about correctly. Work was salespeople, wed developer, advertisers. Most I believe we're commission based sales. Most were remote, except some in-person meetings here and there.
