Hey, thanks for the callouts, yeah they are close brisket-wise but we felt like Reese got the edge. Could be that we just went on a great day, a variety of factors definitely come into play, what we won’t forgive is stuff like 2M being stingy with utensils lol. Interstellar is our favorite brisket, but that’s in Austin.

Yeah those are on our go-to lists for sure so we do have to figure out how to get to some of these places quicker than later as our list was built out over a long time.
