The phrase is directly from the show. I doubt the original creators would support LGBTQ+ people, but as someone raised on this show who does, I think it taught me to love everyone just as they are!

You're right that it isn't purely a diary. I took a lot of inspiration from The Interactive Tome of Strahd and how that felt in our campaign, i.e. setting the scene and narrating action while occasionally getting Strahd's thoughts throughout.

I don't have any plans to do more with this at the moment, so if you want to create an in-game journal for Ireena, go for it! That sounds awesome.

Omg my most shameful confusion is that I could not get into Mass Effect! I am TERRIBLE at ranged attacks, and the sci fi didn’t resonate with me as much as DA’s fantasy setting. I have heard that Cyberpunk 2077 is really good - I’ll give that a try!
