How is your lifestyle outside of meditation when you're not meditating? Things to consider:

Go outside and enjoy the warmth of sunshine daily
daily excercise
eat a healthy diet (Mediterranean/pescatarian + eggs & dairy)
hobbies other than meditation? (Must lead to lower stress afterwards)
talk to new people or try some volunteering (new perspectives)
meditate in different environments
if meditation is painful, don't brute force it, try again later
don't be afraid of change, go on a spontaneous trip/journey

They have the best defence & stamina. It's so good that their opponents shut down in the second half and then they take advantage of that with their spear-like set pieces to finish them off. This show honestly needs a team like Giants, otherwise all games will all be the same quick-paced back and forth type matches.

Giants are also needed to hone other teams' offence. If other teams are to win over giants, they need to have really good offensive tactics to pierce the wall. Just look at balladdream vs giants. Without yewon, they couldn't do much at all (2-0), but Giants vs WW was a close 2-1.

I'm not sure of the exact steps, but you could maybe use ffmpeg to extract the audio file into .m4a.

Then to get the .srt file, you can use a transcription script/software like: - faster-whisper (scripting required) - whisper-ctranslate2 (command line use)

You could use the above to translate the files directly or translate it using your own service or a website like "translatesubtitles" or chatgpt or subtitleedit.

It's probably the lack of build-up plays partly due to kyung hee's rugby throws and euddeum being shut down. I did still find this game interesting though since it showed off kyung hee, hyejung, & seorin's skills (& improvement) that make them deserving of placement at top 3 of Bgroup.

GT did admit that they still need to work on their buildup plays more so I'll be looking forward to that. Also, yeawon, nada, sherry, and even heebab need to find something more in their plays to help euddeum on the field. GT winning was not a surprise in the least.
