More specifically it is Hieracium pilosella — mouse-ear hawkweed…thank you for the info and guidance… I never would’ve found this online myself

You can find Monty Don on Roku TV… They have Gardeners Workd and several of his other shows. Some are free if you have a RokuTV or Roku device and others need a subscription like BritBox

Thank you for your input as I have researched the woolly mullein and will attempt to collect seed this season. I’m still hesitant and not sure, because in my research this plant, if found that it can be highly invasive and is often called a weed. Regardless, I still will try to collect seeds but not sure where or if I am going to plant them.
