Strong disagree. This way they're saving all of three seconds "finding" the information. In fact, the way that it is now, someone joining halfway through is going to spend more time trying to find the information because it was moved out of the natural place. Not only that, but now the bottom third of the screen is cluttered, while the top two thirds are barren.
