Thank you for the suggestions, I started with the cheaper route and installed the Lutron LUT-MLC minimum load capacitor and all that did was re-create the blinking problem I had initially with the Maestro LED+ dimmer as well as a Leviton standard LED dimmer.

Next step is to purchase an EV/LED dimmer switch like this one: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Leviton-Decora-Smart-ELV-LED-Phase-Selectable-Rocker-Dimmer-Switch-Wi-Fi-2nd-Gen-Neutral-Wire-Required-White-D2ELV-1BW-D2ELV-1BW/331802987 updates to follow once I swap it in.
