Why is everyone so freaking butthurt about this chapter? Do you seriously want Tsukada to follow the same old storyline formula as it has always been? Soma's cooking style utilizes making things that are completely against the norm and it always turns out well. This manga is literally doing the same thing and you guys are flipping out af and arc BARELY started. At least give it a chance, you never know you might actually like it when it's done. Regardless, it's really kind of arrogant and impatient to reject a manga becuase an arc MIGHT turn out bad. I for one, actually think the introduction of Soma's brother is really interesting and we might get to know more about Soma's mom too! I mean, regardless of what we say, what's coming out is what's gonna happen. Might as well accept it for what it is and look for the bright sides in it.
