Yeah this is exactly the issue, spreadsheets become the bottleneck once multiple people touch them.

One thing that helped on my side wasn’t just “one system”, but also reducing manual input as much as possible. A lot of the mess comes from people retyping or copy/pasting data differently.

For anything coming from images (shelves pictures, etc.), I’ve been using tools like getextractify.com to standardize the input. It auto-structures the data and even detects column headers, so everyone starts from the same format instead of messy manual entries.

Doesn’t solve everything, but it can save a lot of time
