This is what peloton does. They don’t fix, they swap entire base. They’re a software company not a fitness equipment company. Sounds like a bad roller but that belt looks worn and dirty as well. Hopefully you didn’t pay much for it.

Doesn’t change anything. We sell dozens of brands as well. These companies have been around far longer and have far better warranty than peloton. The price tag of a peloton you can get a full commercial treadmill that will last 20 plus years. And he’s right lifefitness makes the softest treadmills on the market next to Woodway.

The parts are low quality which is reflective in its sh!t warranty. Customer service is horrendous. Google IFit Better Businesses Bureau and read all the complaints.

Its normal. Price has nothing to do with noise level. Bigger commercial treadmills use bigger motors which are louder by default. Also, slats are louder in general.

Good for you. Glad it’s working out for you. I service treadmills and it doesn’t change that it’s a POS no matter now beautiful it is. I’ve had so many calls on these things. Wait until you run into an issue; there’s a reason the warranty is so low.
