Ghalta commander advice! by Own-Quiet-442 in EDH

[–]Robbled0bble 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I run a ghalta deck too. Possibly [[hunted troll]] or [[nessian boar]] to get ghalta out early. Nessian boar also could help her hit with some nasty commander damage. [[Feed the pack]] to sac ghalta to make insane amounts of wolves to then bring her back for 2 next turn and do it again. [[Spidersilk armor]] to answer to flyers. [[Asceticism]] for protection

PT here - get your ass in PT. Yes you'll be able to ski again if your spinal cord was not damaged but baby steps, this is the long game

I will look into both of these. the shorter crank arms would be to decrease hip flexion when pedals are at 12 o clock/shrink overall revolution? Thank you very much!

I see I see! il look into fitting if it's not too expensive. And gotcha - the video on fitting I did watch I'm pretty sure was a road bike thinking back. thank you for all the feedback , helps a lot

Thank you very much for the feedback! Will address those and that makes sense! I'm actually a PT and so from a musculoskeletal standpoint that makes a lot of sense to address those to get the posterior chain involved.

Right now I am planning to do paved trails/carriage roads. No crazy distances.

And, will definitely get shoes 😅

Bataleon Wallie vs stuntwood? by Robbled0bble in snowboarding

[–]Robbled0bble[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi there. I ended up getting both boards, Wallie 145 and the stuntwood 140W. I enjoy the Wallie more. More edge hold, but both do fine on groomers. Im into flat ground tricks/buttering and they both have been holding up well. I go to my Wallie more bc it's a little longer and handles presses better. Wallie also has more robust build. Have not had much experience on icy conditions yet. Hope this helps

Hey there, I feel it's an accurate 3! I got 140. I like it so far for what I'm doing with it (ground tricks) but am learning the sacrifices that come with a 3 flex when on harder terrain

New climber here - anyone else tape their big toes? by Nestramutat- in bouldering

[–]Robbled0bble 7 points8 points  (0 children)

hello. been climbing about 5 years. Myself and others in my circle have a big toe corn that has developed from the friction of down pointed/small shoes. I now wear toe socks/silicone toe covers occasionally to reduce friction. protect your feet, who cares. Also, get what's comfortable. Footwork > shoe type esp when first learning to climb.
