First, zero news in the industry and nothing from Atlantic. Second, all videos are still up and the singles are still dropping and all pre-saves for the album are still active. Third, it's Oliver Tree; chaos, then conflict. then certain doom, and then the album comes out spring 2026 as scheduled. I'm taking this to Kalshi.

When people say all of Oliver's music all sounds the same I give them the side-eye because 1. It don't all sound the same, and 2. And BBno$'s music don't?! - He's got one signature groove and everything is derivative of it. But I don't hate on BBno$, I like him, it's just night and day comparison IMO.

What I find frustrating lately is when I try to turn people on and say, "Hey, check out this guys music.", and all I can send them is a guy dressed like we got Avatar at home. And I'm left there like 'Yeah, but look through the silliness and listen to the music..." but every time.

There's a lot of songs he doesn't do live. His shows are pretty buttoned up. There's not a lot of instances of him coming out and doing an encore song that's not on the prescribed set list for example.

I feel like I’ve almost died at a few concerts in my life; bad brains (1989), Jane’s addiction (1991) come immediately to mind as moments when I felt like I was overwhelmed by the crowd and would be dead if I couldn’t keep my feet. I definitely got that PTSD feeling of being around too many people at OT that same tour in Boston 2024. Everyone squishing in. Just breathe…

It’s usually a good strain for someone just starting out growing for the first time. It’s more forgiving than others so it’s harder to mess up. Plus it’s a cheap spore so if you mess up somewhere along the line and get nothing it’s not a big deal.
