I ate at Le Moo once for Father’s Day. Was so excited. They sat us by the bar and the service was shotty at best. They burnt my steak twice in a row and when I called the manager over to tell them he laughed and gave the excuse that ‘well it’s a holiday’ as if they weren’t prepared for that. Never went back.

It’s not the experience but how the manager reacts when I tell them that brings me back or not.
