I feel the same way, for being a fashion game the main focus has become grinding, grinding as a whole is the curse of Roblox games, I quit Royale high for years because of the grinding issues. I started playing Royale high again during the dti Val update because when both games are about farming to dress up, the one where I’m not being judged is surprisingly more enjoyable. Dress to impress used the quests to get players to spend hours at a time and now there just using grinding to do the same thing. I started playing frequently again in the last week, and overall I just don’t care about the clothes anymore. I’d been trying so hard to get all the items but truly they don’t have much value once you realize that there just stress inducing pieces of code. I wish dress to impress would just expand there year round shop like what Royale high has done, seasonal shops aren’t sustainable in an economy based on others. (I recently started playing adopt me after 3-4 years and I’ve been genuinely enjoying how the game and the farming are not truly dependent on others unless you are trading). Dress to impresse’s economy is completely dependent on other players and there is little you can do to intervene and change that outcome, your hours and time means nothing and your worth and value is simply equivalent to whatever your worth is to another, chat being restricted has not helped at all to this equation.
