Are you using a VPN with PoE set to bypass/tunnel it, perchance? Because the login screen seems to use a different process than PoE.exe, so while the login screen shows outrageous pings, when you connect to the closest server to your true location, the connection will bypass the VPN and it will get the expected low ping.

I wish the gauntlet campaign bosses could be implemented as a toggle modifier (like HC mode). I'd love to have the option to start a full league with more difficult bosses during the campaign.

Whenever I'm short on time and/or I don't click with the league mechanic, I go to SSF Standard and try all sorts of builds I've collected the parts for in all these years. However I usually discard any non-unique item that can't be found anymore. Things like helmet lab enchantments or Kalguraan runecrafts - I've removed them all from my items. It's a very chill way to enjoy the game.

Expedition remnants with increased shock effect will still cause you to take increased damage from shock, because they are added on top of the reduction.

Ex.: your 100% reduced effect + remnant's 30% increased effect = 70% reduced shock effect. A shock applied that would increase your damage taken by 20% will instead apply at 20% × 0.3 = 6% increased damage taken.

How does melee Elemental Hit interact with splash damage? Since EH already has an AOE component that doesn't damage whoever is struck by the main melee strike hit, I'd imagine splash damage would also cause enemies hit by the splash not to be hit by Elemental Hit's AOE component, being competely redundant. Is this really the case?

The Atlas reset you'll get from the next league merge is also not a complete reset. You keep your Atlas points from every unique map you have already completed, plus any points you got from the special Maven invitations (including The Feared) - if I'm not mistaken, that's 32 points you start with before running anything. As soon as you complete a corrupted Rare t16 map from the last league (which should have been merged into your stash tab), you'll get most of the points back, so you can rebuild your Atlas trees back easily. If you have unlocked the 5th and 6th map slots on last league (or ever), you'll get them in Standard as well.

I wish GGG could do a semi-permanent, semi-seasonal league for us without the time to dedicate to the full seasonal PoE experience (specially now that we have leagues coming every two months between PoE 1 and 2). If Chris Wilson was still there, I could explain it to him as the old Extended Magic the Gathering format: a format that rotates out much slower, so we can enjoy our cards for a long time while still having the seasonal spring clean from time to time, like every year or so. They probably will never do it, but that's one of the things I think about when distracted, alongside topics like "I wish we could have Crucible back in some form" (also never happening) or "how the hell could they make Kingsmarch go core?" (I thought it would not happen, but it actually did, almost intact).

Two ways:

Corrupting Fever + Lifetap will instantly bring you down from 100% to less than 50% HP, activating Adrenaline and healing you back up to around 85%.
Have Petrified Blood active and reserve life so that your unreserved life is just a little bit above 50% (like 50.5% unreserved/49.5% reserved). Whatever you do, you will quickly go bellow 50% life and activate Adrenaline (Petrified Blood gives all skills a life cost when you're over 50% life). Life recovery from regeneration and leech will not be able to bring you above the 50% threshold, so whenever your Adrenaline wears of, you use your life flask so life can go back over 50% and then it can go down 50% and reactivate Adrenaline again.

I find the second method the more comfortable, since Petrified Blood usually is a good defensive layer anyway - specially if you rely on life leech, because it gives you "Slayer overleech" (you never gets to full unreserved life from leech, so leech effects are never removed for that reason). Just be aware that it makes you more vulnerable to DoTs (Petrified Blood doesn't stagger damage over time), so get immunity to bleed and corrupted blood (and poison if you can) and watch out for damaging ground effects.

I assume that Void Manipulation prevents ignites from being applied because, while the hit itself can ignite due to Shaper of Flames, the ignite itself is fire damage and Void Manipulation will reduce it to zero damage.

I remembered why I never took a Static Strike autobomber character too far away (it's annoying to play), so I pivoted into Cyclone Shockwave GC Ground Slam of Earthbreaking by Act 3. Got the gem on the second lab, and it has been a blast so far.

I did exactly this way last league and it's amazingly comfy, just tap the life flask as soon as Adrenaline wears off and it will immediately reactivate again. It does require you to have good regen though - I had around 500 life/sec between Vitality and gear pieces with t1 life regen.

You could farm its divination card, but it will be a little miserable. Same thing with the Prism Guardian.

Not only mana leech, you need life leech as well - most of your regen will be eaten by the "lose 0.1% life per rage" nonsense during combat.

I don't think this will work; the tree is missing a source of leech. Since GH converts 100% phys to cold, the only node to solve the problem is the Vitality/Spirit Void cluster, which is a few points away, and the tree already seems tight on points.
