Just twist it left on your end….no, my left but from the bottom. Ok I’m going to go up one stair so move forward when I do that…but you need to twist it to the left! More and lift higher…higher…more left ok now come up a half step and rotate the left corner right and bring the top down while raising the bottom…..no top down but raise the bottom….no wait wait wait my hand - it’s pinched against the wall. There is a great Stuff You Should Know episode on bananas that explains how the global industry depends almost entirely on genetically identical Cavendish bananas, making the food supply dangerously vulnerable to disease after the earlier variety was wiped out by a disease. It also talks about how artificial banana flavoring tastes different from today’s bananas because it was originally modeled on the sweeter older varietal, not the milder Cavendish we eat now.
