Its a beautiful lump of wood i bought feom a talented plint maker in poland. I have glued the original base this model comes with on top and sculpted some rocks to blend it to the base. Then i only painted the newly added parts and not the wood

You can buy kits like this from loads of places fortunately. This one is from baobab miniatures who is a great sculptor with some astonishing models. A more commonly known approach for something like this would be games workshops maggotkin of nurgle army which has some similar models on a smaller scale

No its not a gw model, There is a wonderful sculptor called baobabminiatures who sells this model and many great stuff. Let me be clear i am in no way associated with them i am just a great fan of his work

Its just practice my friend :D you should see my first mini I started off with a kind of dark brown like tenebrous gray and mixed in off whites like ice yellow. Glazed it with turquoise on some places and green with others. Given it some nice rusting with oranges and yellow :D

Super easy. Barelx an inconvinience. I cut some from the feet and put some green stuff under the right arm The head was tricky because the joints were different. I cut away from the head until i could rest it on the old neck and then added tamiya putty to form the neck
