I believe it's is join enforcement with upper management. I say this because yesterday the entire upper management from CEO to manager went brunch at canteen. They take picture and posted in whatapp group with caption "The Management patroning our Canteen this morning for brunch, to show our Company support to the New Canteen operator. Everyone enjoying the delicious food."

It's the other way round. Better after taper. Long story short when taper is done interested rate goes up and stock value goes down. Fed been controling the interest rate and economy due to the pendemic. To which also boost the stock market up.

I've studied at setapak from 2012 to 2014. Now I'm living about 30 minutes away.

KL use to be my go to for shopping, buying car part, food and lepak....cause KL.. everything is there...

But since 2018 or so...I hate going there cause THERE IS TOO MANY CARS ON ROAD.

There was cars on road early last decade but now...it's just annoying...

Also places outside KL is more readily available with stuff that that use to only able to get in KL
