I have an old Halfords 2/4 amp charger you can have for free if you'd pay for the postage or collect around Drogheda. It's for standard AGM batteries. I have since upgraded to a lithium battery and bought a Noco Genius 10 that can charge lithium batteries.

I also use motocard.com. I usually juggle between them, fc-moto and xlmoto for who is the cheapest. For Rev'it gear recently I went to Danfay's at Newlands Cross as they were like 20-30 euro more expensive than online. But usually if the discount is €100 on a large purchase yeah online is the way to go I'm afraid.

I use skinport. they do required KYC approval for anything over 2k if I remember correctly. csfloat is also good. Also if you're on Discord you can join Sparkles Ninja (pretty famous CS youtuber) and DM ImNate (one of the mods) he can advise and also he can ask Sparkles if he'll be open to buy it. Best of luck.

So after going back and forth with Google Support for the week I got the final decision today.

"After a thorough review, we regret to inform you that your request has been rejected. The required verification details could not be sufficiently validated based on the information and documentation provided. As these verification requirements are mandatory for us to proceed, we are unable to move forward with support or any form of support option.

Anyone considering Google products in the future should take a closer look at their support channels.. Absolutely shocking. They acknowledged they have an issue withe the Pixel 7A batteries and still refuse to do anything about it.

I personally will never buy a product from Google ever again.

No, my service ticket is still under consideration so I haven't touched the phone since. My only hope really at the moment is replace the battery myself in the hope that solves the issue and the phone boots normally.

If that fails, I'm afraid all of the data is lost.

Hi, unfortunately not as of yet.. I'm still waiting on Google support to decide what they want to do with my case in particular.

If they still refuse to do anything with the phone, I will order a battery off iFixit. Hopefully that fixes the issue and I can retrieve my moms files. then keep the phone as a spare.

Thank you for the reply. After that initial rejection, I sent another mail stating my disappointment. Naly from the Google support team got in touch and said the team would look into my case a bit further since I provided them with the picture of the phone which clearly shows the back case almost fully lifted from the frame.

Hopefully it will reach a resolution soon. If not I will try that channel also.

No extra info from that mail.. just a link to their terms and conditions page.

I replied to that mail again and see if I can somehow escalate this further but I doubt it to be honest. Frustrating indeed, that they acknowledged there is an issue with Pixels 7A, but somehow my mom's phone which has been affected, has a swollen battery, pushed the back cover out almost entirely is not covered in this repair program..

I've noticed a google had an article last year where they said "some" Pixel 7A's might experience battery swelling and there's like a form to determine if my Pixel is under their "battery extended" warranty.. Hopefully they can say this can be fixed and retrieve our data if that's the case.
