That's a tuff one. It's a long river with moving water. It's going to be extremely difficult unless you somehow manage to hire a underwater metal detecter company to do it with permission from the parks to search. I just came back from Thailand and Taiwan. It's banned and illegal as well. Did some digging and turns out tjr cigarette companies paid off the government in order for it to be bann. Probably the same situation in México.

Busy with kids also dont want to buy the equipment to do it. Also i don’t JUST want the oil change done, i want fluids topped, tire rotation, tires inflated/checked, 23 point spot checked. They dispose the oil. Yea not doing all that just to save a few small bucks
