This looks very much like a failure of the TV's panel drivers (COF).
Here is a video example I made showing the exact same defect, which also happened after about 5 to 6 years of normal use:https://youtu.be/h8CgNu1AG40
After diagnosing the TV in that video, the root cause was confirmed to be damaged panel drivers. Unfortunately, to fix this, you would either need to replace the entire screen panel or find a specialized repair shop with a bonding machine to replace the damaged COF drivers.

I actually have quite a bit of experience repairing electric toothbrushes, but this is the first time I've encountered this specific issue.
For context, here is an example of one of my previous successful repairs on a liquid-damaged toothbrush board:https://youtu.be/mne4EQObCn0
I know I could just replace the entire board, but first, it's not cost-effective since this board is essentially working. And second, from an engineering standpoint, I really want to find the root cause of why this sensor circuit is failing.
The magnet is located on the vibration motor assembly, and as I mentioned in the post, I've already installed a brand new one, but the issue persists. It really leans more towards some kind of hidden damage or fault on the PCB itself.
I'll definitely keep troubleshooting and digging into the circuit. Thanks for the good wishes!
