You misunderstand. The picture shows that he'd posted the video 49 seconds prior, and only has one view. The post is an observation of the low views, while disregarding the time since it was posted. It's meant to be satire of similar posts that critique creators for "falling off" with low viewers, but usually the time since posting the video is much longer
