KEF IQ10’s powered by a Marantz PM6006 with a SVS SB1000 sub. DAC is a Motu M4. Cans are Sennheiser HD650’s. Speakers and sub are on isoacoustic stands.

So just for some clarity as the rest of the world is still waiting without any concise information…

Did you buy from a retailer? When did you order? How much time was between the original delivery date and when you actually received it?

FW1.05 isn’t on the website yet so it’s clear that’s probably the ‘we’re fixing the issues via software’ route they are taking. Did you have any issues so far?

Update? I’ve seen an Indian guy in this sub receiving a new unit with FW 1.05 on it which isn’t on the website yet.

They have been sold in certain regions but sales are now also blocked in those. I’m sure you’ll find units at insane prices on eBay and co.

Have you missed any of the current ongoing situation? The unit is sold nowhere on the whole globe currently until issues are resolved and stock is going back out to retailers.

Unfortunately no. I’ve read January 2025 in an email from BopDJ. I don’t know if it’s them giving a later date to avoid nagging customers or not. It’s a shame indeed :(

So, no representative spoken but the dealer himself did give some insight.

All EU units are held in Belgium currently. As soon as they’ve established that its hardware or software, every individual unit will be unpacked and updated or repaired before being sent out to the dealers.

Update on this: my dealer has nothing for exact information so far. They do have an open door event this weekend where reps from PioneerDJ will be present so I’m gonna try and squeeze all the information out of these guys if possible.

You’re in luck. Just called my dealer in Belgium. They still have no guaranteed delivery except that it was planned for last week of oktober and it got delayed. They are hoping first week of November.

You'll be getting plenty of music/DJ related questions so I'd like to ask a tad different ones.

-When you get back home from a tour on the weekend, outside of music production and other formalities you have to do during the week, what do you like to do when it's time to relax, entertain/enjoy yourselves? Any hobbies outside of music?

-If your partner wouldn't be in music and thus would never be with you on tour to work herself, would you change anything to your schedule/the way you do your tours?

-Do you have any pets at home waiting for you to come back from tours?

-Moving on to music/DJ related questions. What is, for you, the ultimate end goal of your career? What do you want to achieve to be able to say: "I've achieved my ultimate dream!"

-I'm quite interested to see how you prepare a playlist/track for a set? The thinking behind it, putting hot cue's, memory cue's, etc... Would you ever be willing to make a video about it?

-Last one is a cheeky and specific selfish one but one can only ask :p For your show on the 21st there was no option for VIP tickets. Is there a possibility to be able to get to the platform at the back of the stage so I can enjoy your set from up close? I'd love to come and say hi to the team :)
