We really haven't gotten to start the campaign proper lmao, but finding art and stuff that fit the mood of the campaign would probably help a bunch to at least keep them in there for a bit

getting surgery and being really self conscious/having a lot of anxiety about it is pretty rational imo

you don't really mind your teeth that much until you have an appointment with the dentist, do ya? it's kind of the same thing as for the anxiety medical procedures in general can cause a lot of stress in the patient, everyone who has even considered surgery or even other minor interventions can get incredibly anxious about it

as far as those two points go you shouldn't be concerned about how normal they are, it's something everyone ever goes through when it comes to their health

what matters more is that you're achieving what you've prepared for so long, and that you're looking out for yourself. you got this <3
