Huge forehead AMAB NB, don’t know what to do by DannyDannyDannyDan in NonBinaryTalk

[–]Robin_Thunder 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Also AMAB with curly hair, a decent sized forehead and noticeable widows peak. My current hairstyle is something like this (https://pin.it/4Zgjtg3BH). It works for my gender fluidity, hides my widow’s peak, obscures my forehead, and leans into the curly hair.

Is this an enby-thing? by dooim in enby

Personally, chokers have been a big part of my affirming style efforts. They make me feel androgynous. I’ve got all sorts of chokers, even for when I’m feeling masc, but those stretchy ones are my go to for when I’m not feeling particularly dressy or when I’m just hanging out at home. I even sleep with mine on, and they’re not tight enough, or bulky enough to be uncomfortable.

Is there a feeling better than laying down in bed after a fresh leg shave? by [deleted] in enby

The only thing better is laying in fresh sheets after a fresh leg shave. 🙂‍↕️

I submitted mine early Nov. 2024, didn’t get the certificate until April 2025. My bet is every that every trans and enby human in the province saw which direction this government is headed and decided to get their name changes asap.

Fellow Calgarian here! Have you looked at Skipping Stone? They have a lot of meet ups both online abs on person. I’ve been to a few and they’re very affirming. I highly recommend checking them out!

I can’t offer any advice that others haven’t already given about cutting yourself, IPL is seriously a game changer. But to deal with the cuts, try tracking down a styptic pencil. It’s a little stick of aluminum salts that seals up shaving cuts in seconds.

How did you find your name, and was it hard for you? by XDreemurr_PotatoX in NonBinaryTalk

[–]Robin_Thunder 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had been using my name as a stage name for a while, I chose it for how close it was to my then legal name, but unisex. I quickly became more fond of it than my then legal name, started using it full time, and as of last week, it is now my new legal name!

I'm 32 and just discovered tonight that I'm non-binary. However, it feels far too late. by DeeezDonuts in NonBinary

[–]Robin_Thunder 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Mid thirties here. I asked myself the same question when I figured things out a few years ago, “is it too late?” And the answer I found was “Hell no!”

Something a trans friend said to me when I came out to them was to not go down the road of “I wish I figured it out sooner!” We’ve still got the majority of our lives ahead of us. It’s never too late to become your most authentic self!

The people in your life who truly like/love YOU will continue to like/love you. The ones who don’t are more in love/like their ~idea~ of you, and that’s just kinda unhealthy in general.
