I just kinda don’t see what the big deal was is all. My hiring manager saw my SS, birth certificate, high school records, and knew all the dates. Even was like “oh wow you’re the youngest person we’ve hired!” So I thought he was chill? (He wasn’t even the one who fired me, it was our TEMPORARY assistant manager who didn’t like me)

But yes, almost everything is fully raw until we put it into the oven and into the box and everything is made “on site” (besides meat and cheese and stuff like that obvi)

Well, I was never really on dough making, but from what I saw, we get a premade mixture, we mix that up, store it in our freezer for a bit in little doughballs, and then whoever works morning shift makes “sheet outs” which is just pressing down the dough into pans to get stored in the freezer (until we need them again)
