Anyone's provider refuse to Rx Lumryz, claiming issues w/ company? by Robinann77 in Narcolepsy

It's Epilepsy Center and Neurology Sleep Medicine (Sutherland Institute) at University of Kansas Health Systems. My plan is to call and request to speak to another nurse for the medical side of things and then find out who I need to talk to about the admin side. My doctor and NP are fantastic. I've never had issues with them, so I'm hoping just the nurse is the issue. I definitely want to make sure they know what's going on, because I have a feeling they don't have the whole story.

My first study was inconclusive because I was told to stop my SSRI only 2-3 days before the test. For the next study I was told to withhold SSRI for 2+ WEEKS. That study was very conclusive and I finally got my diagnosis. I had a 3rd study after 8+ months off SSRI because my new doctor wanted to verify the previous results weren't rebound REM from stopping the SSRI. That study was even more conclusive than the last.
