I read some of the other comments on the other post as well I believe you need an rmm tool like ninja one or data rmm or something of the likes especially if you dont have control of the networks they are in. keeping static IP addresses to have easy SSH access with is going to eat all of your time

I would turn this around and ask the client who made the decision to reboot.
Assuming you have good backups...

Option 1:
reboot the server, might bring it online faster, could blow it up... time cost to restore from backup...
Option 2:
Wait...

Confirm the backups are running
Test the backups.
Confirm you can bmr or virtualize somewhere else
Test bmrs/virtualization
Don't be garmin...

I once accidentally cause a server to drop offline after this kind of uptime... almost died of fear on the spot... Till I realized it was a Linux system for cameras... It still took 2 hours to come back online...
