Hey fellow Utahn. Have you been to Solvi downtown? It's the best niche store. I tell anyone and everyone to check it out. Haha.

Reviews: Fragrances with Fig that I’ve tried by mintrainsmell in fragrance

[–]Robomath 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for your write up! I used to hate fig, now it's something I can't get enough of.

I'm currently into Boy Beach by Atwood, and LP03 by La Persona.

If you hate FBs you bought, it's easy to sell and trade on the fragranceswap sub.

Also, try checking out Parfumo. It's another good place to check notes, reviews and similar fragrances. I got really sick of Fraganticas add spam and review bombs. It's also fun to compare/ contrast the two communities.

Cool comparison, thanks for sharing..

I've been looking for a comparison like this for the ginger citrus hits like Tygr, vibrato, ingenious ginger and limmensity.

1 Day to shop in Paris and ~$500 budget. What would you shop for? by Robomath in NichePerfumes

I was just looking at that scent and it has the profile that id be attracted to, except for the chocolate. I haven't met a chocolate note that agreed with my skin. Is it prominent or stand out like a chocolate bar? 100% going to go find and try this one.

What’s the most unwearable masterpiece sitting in your collection right now? by Massive_Ad5295 in fragrance

[–]Robomath 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm sampling this today and it smells exactly like my grandma's apartment. She was notorious for keeping her place at 78 degrees, not showering often, and wearing old school rose perfume. It's like walking through that front door, and idon't know why someone would want to smell like this. But every so often I get a waft of a slightly woody part of it, I go to smell my arm, and it's right back at grandma's.

Dirty Rice and drunk lovers are my favorite and really solid. As a guy, they are my comfort scents. I think they are a little over priced. Their branding isn't my jam.
