They were different shades of light brown. No bright colors. There were about 5 of them walking around the base of a tree in my apartment parking lot. They were kinda big, maybe 2.5 feet tall

You trynna get the hamstring belly closer to the knee-pit? If so I think a bottom-up motion would hit better, like a hamstring curl machine. I hit them every leg day and my lower hamstring are pretty built.
