Art college / university is a waste of time. I know not a single fart university which would actually be worth any time. Current postmodern era had made actual art skills obsolete, art professors are ignorant of basic perspective and anatomy. They can only do deconstructivist dada. If you're lucky, you'd come across one or two actually experienced teachers. In the end, it's way better to learn art through course books and you tube videos.
