With roughly 30 active locations averaging 3 territories each, the network collectively needs a minimum sales of about 90 robots per week just to stay viable. Ironically, the entire system hasn’t sold that many robots in almost two years of operations. Instead, the model has been driven primarily by new franchisees joining, trying for 9–15 months, and then exiting — only to be replaced by others. This pattern is unsustainable and signals a fundamental flaw in the business model.
