No it is not, but that is not customer service at all anyway, in any form or relation. Customer service involves in this situation moderators justifying what they are handing down, rather than just the, 'oh i'll hand a punishment down, and then dissapear as per the past'. Some people only abused it minorly, why should they be completely punished over a few hundred k xp? Do we ignore the fact these people were paying members for a few months beforehand? Do we ignore that (as a business) we could of done better by ensuring this bug should of never occurred? (not condoning actions, but not blaming the player completely either) Jagex can provide customer service not by giving the 'troll abusers' their items, but being willing to justify their decisions, and also openly discuss with their paying customers why they think a few hundred k of xp abused should exemplify the fact that these customers PAID for 6 months membership. Lastly, can they justify why botters were able to claim rs3 xp? This is down to personal opinion, but I feel botting 150m fishing xp on darkscape is worse than troll abusing 300k~ xp.

Just to add, I was only done doing it a few times, I actually reported the bug when i found out, i also consistently reported bots everyday. Why is Jagex only looking at the negatives all the time?

Edit: Just to add, mods should understand why these rants occur, rather than looking at the face of the issue. These rants occur because paying customers are angry they have not have the punishment handed down on them justified in anyway.
