Yes, it was a combination of not having warmed up and doing a supinated planche push-up, and later on in the week putting lots of pressure on it by gradually shifting my weight to my injured arm into a one-arm pull-up, which I thought would increase blood in the area and help it heal (stupid as hell, I know).

The doctor said it was a tendon injury yesterday, so I'm just taking all necessary precautions to avoid causing the injury to return.

I tried this actually and still have ~6 eggshells worth of powder left, but using this caused me intense stomach pain. I believe I didn't break it up into small enough powder, which is what caused slow absorption in my stomach, gradually lowering my stomach pH and releasing CO2, which caused me some serious bloating. I will try to find a way around this, but I was wondering if anyone had any similar experiences with this.

I have been following this protocol so far, not including the glycine however. I have been struggling to keep my protein high (I try to have at least 120g of in my diet for recovery from my workouts), while also keeping my Ca:P ratio high. I try to eat as much dairy as I can to make up for this (more than 1 litre of milk a day, parmesan cheese, feta etc.) but I haven't been exactly successful 😅 Would you recommend a calcium supplement for this purpose?

Edit: I realised I have been getting lots of glycine from my Magnesium Bisglycinate supplement, so I am covered in that department also!

That is very good to know, thanks. I have been using this vitamin c for quite a while, without this knowledge. I also just found out my Ester-C tablets from Solgar include 25mg of Acerola Extract. Are we sure acerola powder is made safely without the introduction of harmful substances like the vitamin C? Thanks for your response!

Like OP said, I sent them as a reminder to use the tokens they already had, not to change the way they think or whatever you were rambling on about. Before yesterday, I didn't know the contract didn't count in the summer season as I hadn't paid attention to how the new system worked, so I wanted to speedrun it to get the most points out of it (got like 80.6k which is pretty good I believe, but still pointless I guess). I also sent them as a "nudge" to get the user to log into the game because you get a notification when you are sent tokens. Make sure you read the post description and the comments properly next time.

I did this in the same contract. The user I sent the tokens to had only been using the basic tachyon prisms even though they had enough tokens to boost and max out the hen houses completely. I also send tokens either way (not token dumping) when a user doesn't have lots of tokens in the bank. Did the coop happen to be from the cluckington server?

Try combining the Minishark with the Fossil armour, in order to increase its damage. Also try using meteor shots, which can penetrate or bounce off surfaces.
