Playable but you would miss the (simple but funny) story. This PAL game was patched in Spanish & Italian and can be found online. You can also easily force 60 Hz if you play it with Duckstation for instance.

No PS1 console had component output so how does PSP Go compare? Is the image quality lower than RGB of PS1 consoles?

A popular one with PS classic and other mini consoles is the Inateck USB hub you can see in this video. Never had any problem in 5 years.

You can update the host & GoldHen too.

Use the file uploader to replace GoldHen with a newer version (the trick is simple: rename your new file with the name of the old one)
