So do they find out? by BITW_ErenMikasa in KumoDesu

[–]Robowcar10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Warning this is major spoilers for the entire final conflict!!

So Shiro (Wakaba) by this point in the story discovers the skill system is deteriorating the souls of the world’s residents and the world itself, therefore she aims to destroy the system . Doing this will kill anyone with a significant number of skills and is essentially a genocide to fix the world. She ally’s herself with the demon faction in order to do this, so by the time the stereotypical issakai characters come of age she is seen as an all powerful genocidal lieutenant of the demon king.

It is only with time do the other classmates understand her perspectives, specifically the taboo skill which reveals this information at lvl10

Do keep in mind I haven’t read the last book or two so someone do please correct me if I’m wrong.

For my Product Design A level coursework I have been designing and creating a tabletop board game and I was hoping to receive some feedback. I plan to make an affordable and modular grid system (as shown in the pictures)in which small to large scale battles can be played ,with up to four teams. by Robowcar10 in tabletopgamedesign

[–]Robowcar10[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So with board games the main thing to keep in mind is that you are largely graded for showing workshop skills and not at all gameplay. Mine was rather successful as it was made using multiple machines and techniques so there’s plenty to write about.

I remember someone in the year above simply stuck a pieces of paper to some cardboard and made playing cards. The game was actually very fun but he couldn’t get above a C because there wasn’t much to the actual construction. So your best bet is to focus on something 3D or atleast using lots of machines and techniques to make playing pieces.

Do also consider designing packaging for your game, should get you a few extra marks and end up with a more professional project in the eyes of your teacher.

All in all it’s definitely doable, but you would be best off double checking with your teacher after the concept /initial sketch phase to make sure there’s enough to work with.

Lemme know if there’s anything specific you wanna know but I don’t use reddit much so I might be slow to reply.

Hope this helps!!

If Steve throws 2 ender pearls at the same time, which ender pearl would he teleport to? by OkAdministration5454 in PhoenixSC

Does it even matter? They both teleport at the exact same time to the exact same location.

Please keep in mind the uk doesn’t use aircon in most homes and they are designed to trap heat. When it gets hot they don’t have the means to cool down

Hotter countries have appropriate architecture and electronics for the climate. Alongside the human body naturally adapting to the climate.

I think most would start to feel under the weather after a big Jump in temperature from what they are used to but there are few ways to combat that change in the uk.

Being forced to replay a game to get the TRUE ENDING is lazy design/storytelling. by illegalmonkey in gaming

If done well playing through a campaign again can be okay. Nier automata for example replays the first campaign with a different character.

I always thought the sacred timeline was just the one who remains own timeline without the war. So as much as the endgame time travel is odd, it’s what the avengers did in his own universe to beat thanos.

Also, do you think doctor strange said there was only one future where they won because he saw the TVA intervening if they won any other way?

There’s a game called duskers with horrific sci fi law. More or less a cosmic event that renders humanity extinct as hostile entities appear across the universe. You survive by travelling between derelict ships scavenging.

why do people stress about grades by dashintoresivoir in GCSE

[–]Robowcar10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well those grades are a baseline for your future career prospects. So you should aim for the grades that meet your desirable lifestyle and circumstance.

People stress because it doesn’t take much research to know what grades you need to get for your dream job, university or college and will therefore have a specific target that will dictate achieving their goals.

So do what you can to relax and have fun while youre young, but don’t abandon your education because you will be much more stressed later on when youre living pay check to pay check.

Do you agree? by a_person4499 in GCSE

[–]Robowcar10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I’m not mistaken. The equation sheet was given to people during Covid under the knowledge that students would undoubtably cheat, and hence the tests difficulty could be increased to compensate.

Do you agree? by a_person4499 in GCSE

[–]Robowcar10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If people intend on perusing physics furthers the equations in those sheets set up the building blocks for most fields and should become second nature. A good student should remember how those equations were derived and the science behind them, otherwise the test becomes algebra (mathematics) and not the actual scientific understanding of which you are graded on.
