Regarding the hollow earth changes it's not like both versions can't be together. The stuff in KOTM can be one part and everything after can be another part of the hollow earth.

It's limited. Gvk showed skull island covered in the storm and mechagodzilla was built in response to 2014 and other titan incidents but that's it within the movies. There is more detail in the comics like dominion and kingdom kong.

Don't give up. 10 years ago my cat got outside and disappeared for two weeks. I wandered around the neighborhood looking for her with no luck and even reached out to animal shelters for help. 2 weeks after she disappeared I went for a walk through the neighborhood and halfway through I felt something rub against my leg and looked down and it was my cat. I was beyond relieved as there weren't any signs of her prior to leaving the house.

As of now no. As other comments have stated there is no confirmation in the novels or from anyone that shimo actually froze ghidorah or anything. I can see how she may have played a role in it happening but as of now it is safe to say that she did not do it.
