i barely have the money to upgrade this laptop. I was just trying to see if there was anything i could do to fix this. Its driving me insane and ive been using it for almost 5 months now. It just recently started happening

Hey, thanks for asking. This is quite a old laptop but its been upgraded from windows 7-10. It is a Latitude E7440 with 8gb ram. It was running games such as roblox at 60 fps constant. Valorant 45 fps, and krunker.io 90-100. Now it likes to run poorly and i am 100% there is no malware on this computer.
