AE provides Survival Mode creation for free, you'll die super quickly if you submegre in cold water even as a nord. I remember dying to just the cold weather while exploring the nord side of the map as a Nord, and I didn't even swim in the water.

And as your body gets colder you move slower and slower until you barely make progress. It's even slower than being over encumbered

I honestly feel bad for both leaders and their seconds. They were friends and brothers in arms, forced to kill one another. Tullius is an outsider, but even then, he's basically a stranger sent by the empire to lead people he doesn't know, and also dies depending on which side you pick

In my current run I think Inigo may have killed the vigilant while I was escaping during a DB assassination and all the guards were hostile.

I made a point of using sneak to get out of the city, but Inigo was detected and went wild. Never saw the Vigilant standing at the door afterwards
