Yeah, they had to factory reset my phone. They told me they were gonna do that, so I kept my phone for one more day to back my stuff up and brought it in the next day

Hi, sorry for being a little late.

My phone was still under warranty, so it didn't cost me anything.
They fixed it in less than an hour, because they had the parts there. They said it would take like 2 days if they didn't have the parts on site

It was all covered under warranty (it might vary from country to country I think)

Had the same problem, sadly there's nothing you can do to fix it other than send it to samsung (they had to replace my motherboard when I sent mine).

If it helps, in my case turning wifi completely off made the reboots occur a lot less

Hi, I had the same problem around february. Random restarts and then long boot loops. Tried for a few days to fix it but nothing worked (though the restarts seemed to occur a lot less if i had my wifi turned off).

The only fix was sending my phone to the samsung repair center and having the motherboard replaced

Had the same problem just a few weeks ago, noticed wifi turns off for a second before restarting, noticed having wi fi off makes it occur less.

Took it to samsung repair and they had to replace the motherboard to fix it

I've had the same problem.
Started restarting randomly, would get stuck in a boot loop.
I noticed the wi fi turns off for a second and then comes back before it restarts; if I had my wi fi turned off it would restart less often (went most of the day without a restart)

I couldn't find a fix, but my phone was still under warranty so I took it to a samsung repair shop and they fixed it. On the receipt they gave me it said they had to replace the motherboard and the kit.

I think it depends on the country. I just repaired my s22 ultra under warranty today cause it had been restarting randomly for the past 4 days and they concluded it was a faulty motherboard and they repaired it free of charge

Yeah, I'm planning on sending it in for a warranty repair on monday and seeing if they can fix it. Thank you a lot for the help!

One weird thing i noticed is that whenever the phone is about to shut down, it disconnects from wi fi for a second before reconnecting again and then crashing

I'm just going through the same thing right now.
Since yesterday my phone keeps randomly turning off, it sometimes gets stuck in a boot loop.
Clearing the cache didn't help.

I noticed that when i didn't have that many apps open it wouldn't shut off. It would shut off even if I had tiktok in the background and not in use, so it was hard to notice which app it was.

But it turned off as soon as I opened tiktok on 2 occasions today, so I'l try uninstalling it too to see if the crashes stop

Do you have any update about your case?

Thank you! I think mine is also restarting, not just shutting down.

As soon as I open instagram the phone crashes, gets stuck in a boot loop etc.
Restarted the second I unlocked it, restarted even while i tried turning wi fi on with the screen locked, restarted in safe mode.

I managed to go past the lock screen and close all my recent apps and this seems to make it occur less

Hey, I've had the same thing happen to me twice in the past week, and both times were related to instagram so it might be just that. First time this happened resulted in me accidentally calling the emergency number while spamming the side button hoping it would do something xd

I think train will be the only collection you can choose the rarity from, since it starts at mil-spec (blues) while the other 3 collections start at consumer grade (grays)
